Wright Hawaii was selected by Jupiter Holdings LLC (Newport Beach, CA.) to be the Development Manager for the Ho’opili Business Park, a 50 acre IMX zoned industrial project located in West Oahu, Hawaii. The Project consists of $40 million dollars in roadway and utility Infrastructure, and the creation of 33, fee simple industrial lots, which will be offered for sale through Colliers Hawaii.
